Welcome to yoga! Please come early to your first class to get acquainted and fill out a health/student agreement form. Please do not eat a heavy meal for at least two hours before class. Dress in comfortable clothing and in layers. Know that yoga is practiced barefoot. This will be your time; please turn off your cell phone, or if you have extenuating circumstances put on vibrate. Bring a water bottle, as it is important to drink water after and sometimes during class. Please consult your health care provider before starting any exercise program.
